Delivery/shipping policy and turn times

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days for in-stock items. Custom or made-to-order products may take 7-14 business days for processing.

Standard Shipping:
Delivery times range from 3-12 business days, depending on the shipping destination.

Express Shipping:
For expedited orders, delivery is expected within 2-7 days.

Order Cut-off Times:
Orders placed before 3 PM (local time) are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off are shipped the next business day.

Delivery Guarantees:
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, shipping times are not always guaranteed due to delays in shipping carriers.
